- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and the Customer interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests;
- Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
2.2. Transfer of the Customer personal data
We use the Customer personal data only for the identified purposes and within the scope necessary for achieving these purposes. Transfer will only take place (if at all) with the statutory requirements.
